We are looking for Entrepreneurial Bookkeepers
able to work on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will have the following expertise and will perform the following tasks:
Perform Bookkeeping Services in compliance with Law Society requirements
Attend offices of Law Firms depending on workflow and needs
Pre/post Law Society Spot Audit review
On site and same day assistance with Spot Audits
Set-up Legal Accounting Software
Submission of HST & Transaction Levies
Payroll, Preparation of all cheques and processing of all A/R and A/P, Tax Slips
In order to succeed in this position, the right candidate must work well with others, be proactive and demonstrate superior communication skills. The job requires impeccable file management skills, including physical and digital files. The successful candidate will have 3+ years working experience with demonstrable skills and be highly proficient with:
MS Office
PC law
Cosmolex
Other legal accounting software
